At Whole You Health, we specialize in National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaching with an emphasis on mental well-being.

We offer two distinct services designed to support your unique goals:

  • Whole You Health Coaching: We support mental well-being and overall quality of life using a whole-person, strengths-based approach. Our coaching is forward-focused—helping you set meaningful goals, navigate life transitions, and create lasting change aligned with your values. While we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, we offer a supportive space for growth, confidence, and clarity.

  • Whole You Health Performance: Dedicated to enhancing mental fitness and performance for athletes and professionals. We provide elite-level coaching designed to sharpen focus, build resilience, and unlock unparalleled confidence through a balances approach to help you excel in each aspect of your life.

At Whole You Health, we specialize in Health & Well-being Coaching with an emphasis on mental well-being and performance. Our services include:

  • 1-on-1 coaching tailored to help you enhance your mental fitness, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful development.
  • Group coaching sessions that create a collaborative and supportive environment for shared growth.
  • Hike Coaching (Duluth-area only)
    Coaching sessions that integrate movement, nature, and mindfulness—ideal for those who find clarity and energy outdoors.
    Available in both 1-on-1 and group formats.
  • Workshops and presentations to equip teams, organizations, and communities with tools to improve mental well-being and optimize performance.

 

How We Coach

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I use a whole-person, evidence-based approach rooted in Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Change Theories, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness. My coaching supports mental well-being—mind, body, and spirit—through personalized guidance and compassionate, non-judgmental support.

Education + Self-Awareness + Motivation + Action = Success.

Each session is grounded in my core values: community, inclusion, communication, authenticity, play, mastery, and honesty. Together, we build clarity, foster growth, and take action aligned with your goals.

Whole You Health is an inclusive space that welcomes and affirms all individuals, identities, and lived experiences.

Coaching v. Therapy

Coaching is an evidence-based field that helps individuals create meaningful change in their lives. While Therapy diagnoses and treats mental health conditions according to the DSM-V. 

I often describe coaching and therapy as siblings—similar in some ways but distinct in others. Therapy typically addresses unresolved emotional conflicts, often rooted in the past, that are currently affecting an individual’s present well-being. In contrast, coaching focuses on where you are now, helping you build the future you desire by setting goals, developing strategies, and enhancing health & well-being.

As a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I am committed to maintaining professional standards and staying within my scope of practice. In some cases, it may be necessary to refer clients to therapy for deeper emotional support. With approval from a therapist, coaching and therapy can work in tandem to provide the best possible care and help you achieve holistic well-being.

As a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over a decade of experience in health and athletic coaching, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental well-being. My approach is rooted in whole-person health, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I help clients envision their ideal selves and guide them in taking small, intentional steps toward their goals, creating sustainable change that aligns with their values and life circumstances.

With a Master of Arts in Integrative Health & Well-Being Coaching from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience…
