Self-Care Guide
Are you living in a fast-paced world where the needs of others supersede your own personal needs? Maybe you’re feeling low energy, burned out, or feel like you just need a break?
As a Board Certified coach, I work with hundreds of people each month who feel the similar to you. I commonly use the metaphor of having a cup of liquid, each day you pour a little bit of your liquid into the cups of the people around you. Eventually, as you keep pouring, you never take time to replenish your own cup and your cup may start to run dry. When your cup runs dry so does your health, wellbeing, and happiness…
When I coach people, I help them strategize ways to fill up their own cups through self-care. Commonly those areas of self-care include areas like mental health, physical health, spiritual health, intellectual health, as well as social connections.
As I have worked with thousands of individuals we’ve found amazing ways to fill up their cups. Taking these different strategies and successes I wanted to pass that knowledge on to you.
