Without mental tools and training, athletes hit plateaus, burn out, or struggle to stay motivated. Peak performance demands more than skill and strength—it requires mental strength, mental agility, and mental fitness

Mental performance coaching supports the habits, focus, energy, and mindset that drive results. Our evidence-based 7 Pillars to Mental Performance offers a personalized process that helps athletes and active individuals manage pressure, reset from mistakes faster, and align actions with their goals. This isn’t therapy or quick fixes—it’s structured support to help you perform and feel your best.

Private 1:1 Coaching with Coach Jamie | Elite Sports Complex Members- $75/session | Non-Members $100 | 50 min | By Appointment

Private coaching is for athletes who want focused time to strengthen the mental side of performance. Whether it’s improving focus under pressure, managing stress, or building consistent habits, each session provides space to develop the mindset and skills that support both training and competition.

Team Coaching Lab | $125/session or $25/person | Max 5 People | 90 min | 5-Session Commitment | By Appointment

Team Coaching Lab is a focused small-group experience designed for athletes who want to strengthen the mental side of performance together. Each session includes a short topic introduction—such as focus, pressure, confidence, recovery, or routines—followed by structured group coaching.

Athletes identify personal performance goals, explore challenges, and leave with clear, actionable next steps they can apply in training and competition.

A team environment where accountability, learning, and growth happen together.

Team-Based Coaching

This 6–10 session program blends full-team and small group coaching to build the mental skills that drive performance. Sessions are based in our 7 Pillars of Performance coaching yet customized to meet the needs of each team—whether you’re aiming to elevate an already strong team to the next level, or a rebuilding program.

This offering is Perfect for sport clubs, high school teams, and college programs, this coaching helps athletes strengthen focus, communication, resilience, and leadership. Teams walk away with practical tools and shared language to gain a mental edge over their opponents and perform with greater confidence—together.

Hurry! There is a 3 team limit per season. (Seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring)

These high-impact, small-group clinics go far beyond education—they’re designed for transformation. Each session blends teaching, group coaching, live demos, and interactive exercises to help you not only understand the “why” behind better well-being, but “What” you can do to apply it to your own life. Whether the focus is managing stress, adding more movement, better self-care, or mental performance, you’ll walk away with real insights, real strategies, and a real sense of momentum. Expect to be engaged, challenged, supported—and to have a little fun, too.

Health Well-being and Performance Lectures | $0–$20 | Open to All Members

These educational lectures are designed to educate and empower you with the latest insights on health, well-being, and performance. Learn how to manage stress, sleep better, eat for energy, build healthy routines, improve quality of life and performance. Led by a nationally board certified health and wellness coach Jamie Hazelton, each session offers science-backed guidance you can apply right away. No prep, no pressure—just show up curious and leave informed.
