As a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over a decade of experience in health and athletic coaching, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental well-being. My approach is rooted in whole-person health, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I help clients envision their ideal selves and guide them in taking small, intentional steps toward their goals, creating sustainable change that aligns with their values and life circumstances.
With a Master of Arts in Integrative Health & Well-Being Coaching from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder, I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to my work. My foundation in psychology and integrative health enables me to create evidence-based, client-centered coaching programs that honor each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and lived experiences.
In addition to running my private practice, Whole You Health, I serve as adjunct faculty at the University of Houston and Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I design and teach graduate-level courses in Integrative Health & Well-Being Coaching. My teaching emphasizes NBHWC Coaching standards, culturally sensitive, client-led approaches informed by the social determinants of health.
Outside of my Health & Well-being coaching, I spent nearly a decade coaching college hockey, working with athletes at all levels, including NCAA Division 1, Division 3, and ACHA Division 1. I also served as a 3X Team USA National Development Camp Coach, where I mentored and developed top-tier talent and coached multiple Olympians. In my coaching career, I supported multiple teams to achieve their season-high in wins and secure national tournament berths. This experience has deepened my understanding of the mental and physical demands of high-level athletics and reinforced the importance of mental fitness in achieving success.
